In this series, inspired by the poetics of pop art and mediated by the futurist fascination with speed and the machine, cars and motorcycles become interpreters of the world and narrate our contemporaneity in their suspended and abstract silence.
Reversing the metaphor of the man-machine, in the Myth of Speed it is the machine that becomes human and is emotionally involved in the dynamics of cinematic stardom.
Designer cars and motorcycles are not only the product of industrial engineering, but also the aesthetic and emotional response to new contemporary values.
